We booked two Superior rooms but were pleasantly surprised when we arrived to be upgraded to the Deluxe rooms at Ks Residence. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a lovely balcony with huge windows. The location was convenient, just off the Chiangmai-Lamphun highway, and easy to access the city center via the Nawarat bridge. I highly recommend this hotel for families, groups, and couples.

We had a great stay at this hotel! Best aspects we appreciated were the clean and spacious rooms with comfortable beds and a walk-in closet. The location was also a plus: it was close to the highway and easy to find. Additionally, there were facilities available for longer stays, such as washing machines. Lastly, the staff was very accommodating and friendly during our stay.

Our family stayed in two amazing rooms that had plenty of space, clean facilities, and were comfortable overall. The location was fantastic, located near a main highway with easy access to the city center, and there were even washing machines available for long term guests. We were thrilled with the reasonable pricing and the great value offered.
Honestly, there was nothing negative to mention. Our stay exceeded our expectations, and we were even upgraded to deluxe rooms upon arrival.

This hotel was the perfect choice for my family's weekend trip. the rooms were clean and spacious with walk-in closets, huge windows, and balconies. the location is conveniently situated near the highway and easy to access the city center. the washing machines were helpful for our long term stay.
Although there were no major issues, some additional amenities would have been nice to have.
